    Quite the opposite.
The low amount of saturated fat helps to lower your cholesterol, prevent heart diseases, and helps lower your weight.

That's probably wise. It's not meant to be a beverage.

Some recent meta-analyses indicate a correlation between the introduction of seed oils and the increase in obesity. Also, whatever previously accepted studies that linked saturated fats to heart disease are now being treated with skepticism in light of new data. Neither of these are smoking gun damning evidence of seed oils being a bad thing as they are simply correlated and do not show a causal relationship. Rational people would conclude that it's best to avoid excessive consumption of seed oils, but not avoid them all together.

The real villain is soybean oil.

saturated fat consumption is down since the 80s, obesity up
sugar consumption down since 1999, obesity up
people have been eating more sneed oil, corn and soy. Also cheese is up but its main constituent, saturated fat is still down compared to where it once was.

pretty much all of the seed oils are the same shit nutritionally. the processing and refinement is only part of the problem, the key issue is they set the n6:n3 ratio way out of kilter. You would need to eat an absolutely fricking insane number of soybeans to get the fat equivalent of what you get from a tablespoon of soybean oil. The body did not evolve to handle that much omega 6.

Try not eating it for awhile and see how you feel. But you won't do that because you are addicted to the slop and come here knowing shills will validate your delusions.
Either sort your shit out or die an obese mess. It's a war and the sneed is your enemy.
