    No. Too much food. Way too much refined carbs and sugar. Terribly unhealthy. I'd try to eat more meat and fat especially, and get my carbs from milk, honey, and fruit and veggies like bananas and potatoes.

      Also, Michael's diet doesn't seem all that extreme. I could eat all of that in one sitting, and then eat another pizza. I'm 5'11 and weigh 163 pounds.
