Are you guys using fast food apps?

Are these worth it?
I have not been installing any because I hate the idea of being trackted

I am really having to stretch dollars though and need some advice.
Are these worth getting?
Any tips?
Which are the best ones?

You're already being tracked. Google it. I don't care if use an app or not, but if that's really your reason, you're kind of wasting your time.

You don’t have a choice anymore. They know where you’re at already what you like and don’t what you look like where you’ve been where you go normally at x time of day. They could drag you out of your home tonight.

I can just imagine Wendy dragging a israelite out of his home in the middle of the night and forcing him to eat a Breakfast Baconator.

I stopped eating fast food and pre-made food. I am shedding weight every month and feel better than ever. It takes slightly more effort. Get a griddle.

So am I. Just pre make your own stuff. When I make burgers I make 8, I eat 2, refrigerate , and freeze 4. Don't add condiments or too much stuff to the burgers you freeze.

On Android you can isolate apps in containers, or create separate profiles so the apps can't see your "real" ID etc. On Samsung I think it's called Knox, and on MIUI its SecureSpace. There an app called "Island" that also does this.

      They sitll know your name
Your tracked profile now become associated with fast food
You social credit score goes down.

Did you know that any lawyer can search your name in their data base then know how much your morgage is
      How much you earn
And if you have a fast food app

I was dating a lawyer chick and she showed me exactly how much of a loser i was on paper

It was fricking humiliating as frick

        > Did you know that any lawyer can search your name in their data base then know how much your morgage is
In a lot of states you can search election registration databases and find people's addresses with just their name or name and date of birth
I know several major youtubers addresses because when they make videos saying they moved I check their new state and find their deeds and shit

I have several older Android phones. Wonder if I could install apps on one of them, only use wifi, and turn it off when I'm not using it.

I'm sure it's all logged to your G acct anyway, not to your phone. That would defeat the purpose of collecting your personal data. Even if you used another G acct., they'd all be coming from your home's IP.

          Anonymous

The phone's various location services reported to the app doesn't give a damn about VPNs.

You don't need a Google account to use an Android phone (despite what the Germans would have you believe).

You need an account of some sort to login on the app and get your deals, no? If it requires a phone number or SMS verification it doesn't matter if you bullshit your name and adress.

Android developer here. You don't know what the frick you're talking about. Multiple phones tied to the same Google account can have data synced between them but apps can't access that data in the same way it can access live data from the device they're installed on. The McDonald's app on Phone A cannot get location data from Phone B if Phone B doesn't even have the McDonald's app installed. Google Maps on the two phones passing data between each other isn't accessible to the McDonald's app, even if it is installed on one of the phones as a navigation app.

I have several older Android phones. Wonder if I could install apps on one of them, only use wifi, and turn it off when I'm not using it.

If you restrict the restaurant apps to just that one phone, yes, that would limit the data collection to just what you're doing when you have that phone on. Being wifi only doesn't really do much for you since location data can still be reported over wifi and comes from GPS though it can be less accurate if you don't have the cell modem activated. The problem you're going to face is when you get to the restaurant and the app wants to talk to the server but can't because your phone isn't in range of your wifi. If McDonald's still offers free wifi, you could use that but as I mentioned earlier, being wifi only doesn't really do much for you. Having the apps only installed on one phone that you only use for buying and picking up food is what gives you some degree of protection. None of that protects your PCI and PII data especially from poorly written apps, which most of them are. But it does keep the apps from tracking your whereabouts when using your primary phone without the apps on it.

You are a moron if you think you outsmarted google

You can sometimes outsmart Google but generally they'll catch up with you. App developers however are another story. Even large companies try to get away with hiring the cheapest third world developers and most of them are cut and paste monkeys.

it's actually insanely easy to prevent apps and shit from stealing your data if you use anything other than a factory stock android phone. you all saying "NOOOO YOURE BEING TRACKED ANYWAY" are completely clueless and tech illiterate.
