As a true nerd who never see the sunlight, I realised after a blood test I was badly in need of vitamine D. The best source (except the actual sun) without being a cholesterol fuckfest, is fish. I realised I eat fish less and less, especially since I moved out of the seaside.
How often to you eat fish ? And how ? I will try at least twice a week.

Local lab said I'm not. I'm gonna take suppléments for now but I guess I'll need to eat more fish. Especially salmon (who didn't get insanely expensive since the inflation at all)

It's simple. I need it simple. I open the cup of noodles, i tear packets from noodles, I add packets, I tear pouch, I add tuna, I add water, I microwave 4 4 mins, and walla, food. Sometimes b4 I would ad pouch chicken, but pouch chicken not as good as pouch tuna. Beef jerky pouches is good too, but they are less bang for u buck.

Drink milk. They fortify it with VitD, at least in the US. Or just go outside for 10 minutes, which is free.
My IBS says no. Also European milk isn't fortified I think. Also in november the sun isn't exactly here.

I eat enough tuna that I should be very concerned about mercury poisoning. Just this week I've had 2 cans of tuna, and 9 pouches. Will probably be 10 pouches by the time I go to bed. I'm literally an insane person already so it's kinda whatever at this point since I struggle to sustain myself as it is.

I usually just pan fry salmon fillets tbh
