Carbs, bread, rice, grains, noodles, seed oils, seeds, nuts fruits, beans all drive me utterly insane

Plan on just getting like 4-5lbs of strip for 5 days and on the weekends just 2 lbs of ground beef

    OP, there are no enforced rules or laws mandating the preparation and consumption of food by unconventional means. Eat pasta, steak, and rice using only your bare hands and there will be no food police coming after you.

    Cook ground beef using only salt, plate it, and eat it alone with a fork. Nothing's going to happen aside from you not getting enough nutrients.

      I was doing it as an elimination diet and started to get scurvy. Apparently you can avoid that by eating raw meat and fat, and including organs like liver which has more vitamin C. But cooking destroys it.
