            Yes?
Opie wants to be full with a low calorie count.
Pure carbs is a poor choice.
Sure, it's not as bad as Pop-Tarts, Capn' Crunch, or pure butter, but it's still not the best choice.

            You should factor in seasoning.

Potatoes aren't pure carbs, they contain a fair bit of fiber and water as well.

Google low calorie foods and pick out a few that you like.
Pickles are great low calorie snacks, but you shouldn't really eat a lot of them because of the sodium content.

I liked eating tuna, but mixed with a vinaigrette instead of mayo, and I ate it on slices of cucumber. That was my go to snack when I was trying to lose weight.
other low calorie toppings for cucumber slices work too, like a fat free sour cream mixed with a low fat ranch dip mix. etc.
Celery is low calorie but I don't like eating it by itself.
    Broccoli Cauliflower are both good.

Personally, I find that pickled pepperoncini is a good urge-killer.
Craving a piece of cake? Eat a pepperoncini and you won't want cake anymore.
