How do I cook this in the oven? Just like baby back ribs? Season with a rub and sauce 275 for 3 1/2 hours in the oven?

Can this be cooked quicker like with a shake&bake?

      I got it at a free food distribution thats why I have it.

    in a saucepan get some tinned tomato, add onions, dried sage (or any other dried herb tbh), some garlic, salt, pepper, smoked paprika
    add some water to make sure it's not too thick, bring to boil, then turn down to a simmer, leave it for at least 2 hours.

        braise it. sear it up nice, remove, saute aromatic vegetables, add some seasoning, deglaze with something alcoholic and/or acidic, add your meat back in, add enough stock to submerge the meat halfway, and cook in a low oven for 3 hours or so

      This is false. Low and slow vs hot and fast has to do with the amount of connective tissue present in the meat, not the bone. That's why a fast-cooked boneless chuck roast will still be tough, because you didn't give it enough time for the connective tissue to break down.

    Ok I put some rub on it and put it in a pan, covered it and I am gonna bake it at 275 for 3 1/2 hours. Just like I do baby back ribs. Should come out pretty tender.
