Can I boil water in the microwave in one of these cheap plastic containers or will it melt?
Killed my saucepan and the new one doesn't show up for like a week

do you not have a bowl
I've got a cereal bowl, too small to boil the amount of water I need though
are you homeless?
If I was, would I own a microwave?
I could go to a store but it feels stupid to go out and buy a saucepan to use like twice when I've already ordered one.
It's got a little microwave symbol stamped on the bottom, I assume that means microwave safe
Never been able to find much cookware I like at thrift stores, I actually went with a used one off Etsy for like $20 (pic related)
If you buy two pots you can cook two separate things at the same time.
Possibly, but if I were to get another saucepan I'd want it to match the one I have. I'm color-coordinating my kitchen supplies to bright yellow, orange, and lime green. Feels citrusy and fresh.
have fun with the lead paint
check if the plastic container is microwave safe. if not, check if the bowl is microwave safe. if it is, do multiple microwaving water sessions using the bowl, pouring it into the plastic container or any other vessels in between sessions
every food container has some kind of engravings on the bottom. If you can spot the wavy symbol it's safe to use in the microwave at boiling temperatures
What does the flower mean? Safe to use in the spring? Or to hold flour?
you are such a stupid b***h, that it gives me joy to know youre struggling. stupid frick.
where the frick do you live that you can't go to a store?
i buy a bottle of water and just put it straight in the microwave if i need it boiling hot
You're going to grow breasts.
> body so weak it can't encounter plastic without being irreparably damaged/modified
yngmi
go get a used one from the thrift store for 7 bucks
usually those types of plastic containers are safe up to 100°C (water boiling point) or more.
try searching if there's something written on the bottom or on the lid.
you moron the plastic heats the water duh
Do you not have a kettle?
I'm not a europoor and I don't drink tea so no
Judging from what I've seen on other containers, it's an abstraction of the "freezer-safe" snowflake
Yes

OP really pushing the homosexualry as hard as possible
enjoy your carcinogens
Never microwave plastic, even if it claims to be microwave safe.
Never try to boil water in the microwave because it can superheat and literally explode in your face and leave permanently-scarring burns.
