mastic/rose are my favourites. Don't eat lokum much anymore because I find them too sweet. I've had some success making mochi with those flavours. Obviously it doesn't have the same texture but I prefer it because you can control the sugar. I soak glutinous rice then drain and grind it. Add half it's weight in water and a bit of sugar. Then microwave in a shallow pyrex plate just until it becomes opaque. Wait until it cools down enough to handle. Add your flavours and start kneading it like dough. Shape and then leave to cool completely. Dust with powdered sugar and conflour.
