            I recently took a trip to Vietnam and wanted to try my hand at some of their recipes so I made bun cha with daikon and a pickled carrot and cucumber salad.

    I had pulled pork and corn on the cob.
    The meat was pork tenderloin, covered in a dry rub, and then covered after browning in BBQ sauce before being pressure cooked for 35 minutes

    I used this BBQ sauce, it was just okay. It didn't take me to flavor town.

      I did burgers and wedges for my gf and her gay friend whilst they sat and smoked weed and played 'chained together'.
      The guy removed one patty and found the wedges too spicy.

    I made my first attempt at souffle yesterday. What do you think Anons?

    My electric whisk broke partway through and I didn't feel like hand whisking the egg whites to stiff peaks so it didn't fully rise but it tastes great

    I used tomme for the cheese in the mix and parmesan for the sauce

    At 400 degrees it takes potatoes 2 hours to get cook where it's crunchy outside and softer inside. Is it normal to take that long? Do I have a shit oven? Every time I see baking instructions I generally have to add 20% more time

      Can't say I ever did it with the saddest hotdogs in the world but throwing some root vegetables and a piece of meat in the oven is a great and incredibly easy meal if you're lazy or don't know much about cooking.
      My mother is a terrible cook, bless her, and I taught her that she can make meals like that. Upgraded her a lot from from the slop she was tossing together before.

      Depends on the size of the spuds, dumdum. This isn't baking; there are no absolute numbers.
