Could I survive and be healthy if I only ate sandwiches both for lunch and dinner?

Could I survive and be healthy if I only ate sandwiches both for lunch and dinner?

I want to spend as little time as possible preparing, eating and cleaning my meals. I want to eat about 2.500 calories a day and have a balanced nutrition.

meat has pretty much everything you need to survive. just down a glass of OJ every now and then to get some vitamin C if your sandwiches are as vegetable-phobic as the one in your image

depends on what you put on it

      >meat has pretty much everything you need to survive
only true if you include organ meats

sandwiches are a pain in the ass. all the gredients you need to make sandwiches you have to buy in bulk and they all go off in like 3 days.
    >whole loaf of bread
    >head of lettuce plus tomatoes, oignon
    >delly meats

I can't get the numbers to work no matter how well I try to plan.

home sandwiches is a massive money drain unless you're making like 10 a day and buying a whole new set of ingredients every 2-3 days

that's true, even though you can freeze bread and then just put in in the toast every time, but it surely does not taste the same

what if I changed the ingredients every time and also added egg, vegetables, and so on? would so much bread be bad for my body?

I freeze my bread and when I thaw it (sans toaster) it's basically 100% fresh. All the fresh veggies, especially lettuce, is a pain in the dick. I live alone and have to buy a whole head of lettuce and fricking hell it's tough to not waste food. Same with tomates and lots of other stuff.

          >whole head of lettuce
I toss end of life lettuce into soup. It shrinks down and doesn't affect the taste.
          >tomatoes
You can collect them in the freezer until you have enough to use for tomato sauce.

all true things. last time I had a lettuce emergency I chopped it up and dumped it into a pot of beef soup. was really quite nice and added nothing offensive to the flavour

Depends on the sandwich but too much bread makes you fat and lunch meat gives you cancer so probably not.

Maybe add some vegetables and fruits on the side. And minimize the amount of lunch meats you consume, they are not ideal in a healthy diet.

Sure, but you need to be careful. Put it on sourdough or whole wheat bread and dont buy presliced meats - the salt is far too high and the nitrates are and for you. If you cook up a chicken or turkey once a week and put that on it wit some veggies, that's a very balanced meal and you should be good to go
