This reminds me of that news anchor last year giving some scenario about cookouts forced to be vegan or some shit and he said the words "plant based beer" and all the gays were like "hurr how else do you make beer?!" without realizing he was mocking this kind of marketing.

A lot of beer & wine is in fact non-vegetarian because it's been filtered & cleaned using isinglass.

At least regular organic bread can sit outside a refrigerator without going bad.

Yeah, gluten free bread is a tough sell. A lot of stuff works fine though.
    >pasta (get Barilla)
    >cakes
    >pies
    >donuts
    >pizza (get Dominos, hope they keep the counter clean of flour, get sick anyway)
    >crackers (lance are my fave)
    >hard pretzels
    >cheesecake
I've found that gf tortillas also suck, but corn tortillas are naturally gluten free and I use them in place of bread often. Especially for burgers.

This brand is the secret. Particularly this particular style from this brand.
      >actually tastes alright and doesn't have that weird taste most GF breads have
      >not hard as a rock like most GF bread
      >actually get big slices and not the tiny slices you usually get from GF
Discovering this brand was a game changer.

I've been using Red Mill's gluten free all purpose flour. I didn't even notice it was gluten free when I bought it but I prefer the real thing. The shit's made principally out of beans and potato starch.

I had good luck with that for a few things. Tortillas obviously, I'd make thicker ones to substitute bread which works well for most things. Cakes and pancakes are good with it. But it's crumbly and soaks up a lot more liquid so you can't really make regular bread or cookies.
