Do you think saturared fat is bad? I kind of dabbled into keto and I found they swear by butter / cream. But I was later shocked to learn how much saturated fat is in this stuff, and the consensus is that it raises LDL cholesterol.

    I’m not qualified to form an informed opinion myself so I’m going to have to go with the consensus among physicians and dieticians, which seems to be that excessive consumption of saturated fats is indeed bad for you.
