if you want really hot buffalo sauce just make regular buffalo sauce then dump a shit ton of ground white pepper in and maybe some ground red cayenne just to be safe

You should kidnap the pizza delivery guy and hold him for ransom until Pizza Hit corporate releases the recipe

I know you're being sarcastic, but at least advocate for kidnapping executives rather than working class. Thanks, we appreciate it.

I add a some ketchup to it to get that hint of sweetness and add more depth to the buffalo sauce

Ayo, you can actually buy official Franks Buffalo Sauce that's premixed and sheeit.

I tried that stuff and wasn't very good. Most of the buffalo wing sauces are garbage. I haven't tried the buffalo wild wings store sauce yet.

the premix is made with water, oil and 'butter flavor'
there is zero reason to get that over a stick of butter and regular franks redhot

            huh?
the premix still contains a comparable amount of fat
if you don't feel like adding fat to your sauce, maybe reconsider what you're eating in the first place

see, this is the same little loophole tictacs use to claim their little sugar pills have zero calories as well
just make the serving size so that you have less than .5g of fat/carb and you get to claim it has zero
                https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tic_Tac#Nutrition_facts
do you really think they somehow removed the calories from the canola oil that is clearly listed in the ingredients?

and after reading this, the UK doesn't have this loophole so you can see the true nutrition facts on one of their bottles

i forget what the threshold is, but if the calories in a serving size are less than like 3 or something, they can say 0.

use real butter and replace the honey with corn syrup
I know its blasphemous but that shit really does have otherworldly properties for sticky sauces.
also grate or smash the garlic so you're not hitting chunks of it.
I'd also use a little corn starch slurry to properly thicken it up but not much or it with get weird

Pat them totally dry and deep fry them. If you want extea crispy dredge them in seasoned flour

      i stand by my method
      boil them 10-20 minutes
this removes extra fat and cooks them through
take out and put on a rack, they'll steam dry
throw into super hot oven or air fryer or under a broiler until they're crisp
take out and toss in sauce
reduce the water from the boil into a nice broth
      win win win
