Sriracha is a forced meme, it will never be good. Pretty soon it will go the way of brioche buns and everyone will forget they were ever supposed to pretend it was superior. The moment you put Sriracha on anything you've already ruined it, the flavor is so sharp that it masks everything else. It's designed for tastelets who think intensity automatically = good food.

I am like half a mile from the Sriracha factory and they don't seem very busy. In the past when they were making product during the chili harvest you would see trucks delivering every 5 minutes for days.
They're out of chilies. Mexico had a bad harvest. It's trickling in back slowly at the supermarkets (at double the old price).

Sky valley is the best sriracha I’ve had. Huy fong is actually kind of shit, but tobasco did a good job of nailing it by also being shit. Texas Pete’s version is not good either

I have had old Huy Fong rooster brand, various Asian market srirachas, and believe it or not, my go to brand is Kroger sriracha if not going for the stronger paste. Kroger it slightly hotter and has just a bit more garlic than the rooster.
I haven't tried since my old bottle ran out a year ago and then this news of sriracha getting fucked came. I heard bottles were initially being resold for over $40 a bottle or some retarded shit, now I see some at the asian grocery store near my house for fucking $9 a bottle while the other sriracha brands are like 5 bucks
