I haven't tried those yet, but I intend to. I've had cooked hearts and they were decent.

I have never had raw organ meat but I've cut it up before and I cant imagine chewing each bite like its gum for half an hour is enjoyable

When I ate the lamb lungs I only chewed them a few times and then swallowed, without having broken down the meat much. I'm still a beginner at this and finding out what does and doesn't work while also getting used to the taste.

Cooking meat denatures it. Eating raw meat means all of its nutrients are in tact when it is consumed. I started off eating raw ground beef with just salt added but I still crave spices/flavour. I added some chopped honey-fermented garlic and salt and pepper to the chopped lamb lungs and liver for flavour and it's not bad.

                >all of its nutrients
theres more than enough nutrients in cooked meat
food is not a game of collecting the most nutrients possible, youre still gonna die in your 70s like the rest of us

this is the dumbest cope I've ever read, particularly since meat is usually tasting much sweeter and less savory when it is not cooked. In general the issue with eating raw meat is that you really don't want to be consumiing parasites, In the old days, you would have the best quality chefs just know how to identify things, these days you really can't know ahead of time.

Overall I'm not certain what the problem of cooking a steak to rare. Generally speaking, this doesn't damage the meat that much,

So its nutrients can be absorbed into the blood.

And cooking it just does the denaturing outside of body, it doesn't just magick the nutrients into the air unless you're burning the frick out of it and turning it into smoke. Cooking eases the work required for digestion, that's why humanity succeeded

The cooking of meat probably came about because of a surplus of free time. It seems unlikely that its origin lies in a search for health or truth.

I meant give me a reason to eat organs in general if I'm already healthy. Stuff like testicles and brain is probably good, because testicles I think have bioactive testosterone. Liver and heart is only good for dog food.

My ancestors cooked their food. Ancient civilizations cooked their food. Cavemen cooked their food. Even extinct species of human-like apes cooked their food.
Over the past 100,000+ years, my teeth, my gut, my whole body, has evolved to eat cooked food. It is literally unnatural for humans to eat raw meat.

The liver and kidneys are filter organs, designed to trap toxins and break them down to be excreted. They're the filthiest organs in an animal's body, unfit for consumption unless you cook the hell out of them to finish the toxin breakdown process.
