      It's pretty good if you like a mouthful of aged lard. There's other fat animals that taste better though. And we all know who we've got in mind right now.
      Serious answer: terribly overrated. Only became famous because of the El Bulli craze in the early 2k's. Bayonne ham, Schwarzwald Schinken and Ganda ham are as good if not better and cost a fraction of this meme drivel.

    Yeah I lived in Spain years ago and the ham there was truly awesome. Not worth paying for overpriced stuff shipped overseas to America and you get at a restaurant, it's literally like 3-4x the price. If you want to buy it outside of Spain, it's best just to buy a whole leg - otherwise you're getting truly ripped off.
