Favorite meals

Really curious what your guy's favorite quick meals are. Here's mine: udon noodles with chili sauce and poached eggs. Looks like ass, but tastes phenomenal

    Salt.
That is the perfect dish for me.

Shakshuka or menemen is dead easy especially if you just cut an onion up at the beginning of the week, you can add whatever you want to to make it a dinner too. I usually do mushrooms and chorizo

I really doubt that slop tastes "phenomenal" to anything but a pig

Looks good to me. I prefer soft boiled eggs in my sloppa thoughever. That, or I'll just crack 6 of them into a small muffin tin and bake for 12 minutes at 350. Perfect add on for one of those pouches of microwave rice.

    >Shredded lettuce
    >Tortilla
    >Chicken thigh flavored in whatever way you wish; mexican, greek, indian, etc.
    >Appropriate cheese; queso blanco, feta, cheddar, etc.
    >Appropriate sauce which is a pantry staple; ranch, salsa, balsamic vinaigrette, etc.
    >Bonus points for added tomato, cucumber, etc.
Takes as long as it takes to pan sear a single chicken thigh. I normally just do a garlic powder, salt, and pepper chicken thigh with a variety of dressings to change it up. Quick, easy, uses pantry staples I always have, filling, good nutritional macros, and minimal washing up.

The heat from the noodles cooks the eggs.

If we're talking eggs, I'll cook some golden over easy and put it on toasted sourdough with some mushrooms and whichever sauce. Tons of variety.

For a quick meal I love to mix up some tuna with mayo, honey, and mustard and throw that on toasted buttered sourdough bread, with extra mustard. Something about the sourdough aroma and the mustard makes it so delicious with a meaty protein like tuna.

      >honey
Why. Everything else is fine but why honey, that sounds terrible

I don't know I guess tuna's a bit bland without saucing it up a bit. Honey is just something on hand, balances out the sour. Extra mayo also works.

    Cottage cheese + salsa
    or
    Cottage cheese + apple sauce
Both are really easy ways to make party dip.

Hamburger gravy over instant mashed potatoes. The gravy is just mccormick brown gravy mix using 75% of the water with ground beef in it. I'll usually put some extra sharp cheddar and sour cream in the potatoes.

    >italian sausage
    >onions
    >mushrooms
    >bell pepper
    >throw orzo in and toss to combine
I call it fake Italian sloppa.
