        How long did you age the dough for? Did you even use san marzano tomatoes? Why is it square? Also why don't you have a pizza stone? What do you have a personal vendetta against whole pepperoni?

          it's a fresh one that i made while drunk and just let it proof for like 2 hours. i'm a 19 y/o who just moved into my own flat, don't be so mean. i prefer to shred the salami/pepperoni cause it sucks when you bite into a whole one and accidentally burn your whole lip and chin cause it just slides of the pizza

            Next time make the dough, let it rise in the fridge for minimum 3 days (more for a better crust). Get a pizza stone. Shred your own cheese (I'm assuming you didn't). At least make your sauce with san marzano, or fresh tomatoes for better results. Don't do the stupid pepperoni shredding.

              bro i just moved out and made a pizza by myself, my roommates barely know how to make instant ramen. i used good tomatoes and shredded my own cheese, I even used 3 different kinds too

        Looks fine for a newbie 2bh. Number one thing you can do to get better is just let your dough balls chill in the fridge for a day or two before using.

    I'm trying to make pizza as well.
    But my dough is too sticky.
    I used 2 cups of milk and 5 cups of flour, 1/2 cup of oil.
    Any ideas?
