Food to stop bloating/cramps

I have recently been suffering from bloating, stomach cramps and lots of gas(farts). I have been looking for foods to help alleviate these. I have heard that fermented foods are good but I have no idea where to start.
I am not pregnant in case you ask.
I have also tried cutting it dairy I did it for 2 weeks but had no effect at all.

I tend to bloat when I eat excessive carbs. Fasting for a day sorts it out, but you might also consider cutting back on those.

but the only time i got a lot of farts and discomfort was when i eat excessive carbs like this anon said, i discovered that some carbs, not rice, but some carbs from some regions of the world, for example in brazil i discovered that the corn and beans ferment a lot in the intestines generating alcohol! yes alcohol! this is why i used to get all lazy after a heavy meal with some carbs and other carbs not.
but the most time i have bloating was when i ate, vegetables with green skin, like peas, corn, beans, cucumber peel,Green pepper and any wheat based grain.

Cut out fiber. Fiber fermenting in your colon is what causes cramps and gas. While these foods have beneficial effects under normal operation, they can also be irritants. Give your gut some time to heal.

No. you're approaching it the wrong way. It isn't about adding something, it's about subtracting stuff. The gut is irritated and inflamed. If your gut lining is damaged even good bacteria can be harmful.

You need to experiment with what is causing trouble for you.

Metamucil and Pepto-Bismol or whatever the generic equivalent is
t.just finished a course of oral antibiotics and could not for the life of me stop pooping, things just went straight through, pooped like, 10 times a day, like if I drank a glass of ice water a couple of minutes later I'd poop ice water
Kind of a weird sensation tbh although I wouldn't want to repeat it
Also get some fancy-ass yogurt and some kimchee

kefir is what you're looking for. i had a giga fricked up gut and horrible ibs for like a decade before i started drinking kefir. now it's very rare that i'm uncomfortable cause of gas/bloating etc. might taste a little strange at first but it's not bad. like a cottage cheese smoothie

I make my own kefir and I blend a frickton of fruit in it, the sour kefir pairs with fruit just fine and it tastes pretty alright, you get your daily serving of fruit too

Strengthen your digestive system by eating only meal a day or do intermittent fasting. Exercise or take a walk after eating. Do not eat at night. Go to bed at 10pm latest.
    That what works for me.

Teas. You can pick from the following or use multiple. They will reduce bloating and help expel gas:
    Fennel
    Caraway
    Peppermint
    Rosemary
    Dandelion
    Lemon balm
    Chamomile

    Good luck.

Bloating and cramps are symptoms of eating food that your body has trouble digesting. You're allergic to something you're eating on a regular basis. Stop eating whatever it is.
