This board assumes everybody with some kind of government benefit can either use transportation or live near a store that has everything you want AND has the discounts that might not always be in-store. All my fucking stores around me in walking distance are asian markets and i do buy fish like salmon sometimes but i want some fucking american products sometimes too.

Nobody is going food shopping in a 5 mile radius and especially not on a fucking bike when chances are your grocery shopping is upwards of 150+ dollars or more so you get everything you want in one go.
go like once or twice a week, thats like a bag or two of groceries each trip, unless your buying bottled water and frozen packaged pizzas.
if you cant pedal a bicycle 20minutes over five miles. you are out of shape and need to start going outside and getting excersize. plenty of people drive 20minutes each way to walmart

I dont know about Target but Walmart+ is free delivery and no order minimum even for groceries plus the membership itself is lowered if you have anything government related even medicaid
why would you need the membership? If you're on SNAP, you shouldn't be spending extra money on things like that.
I'm on SNAP. Walmart is cheapest for most stuff but I only get produce and meat at big y. Target might be a little better but idk.
