You can't use Cholula on pasta. Tabasco, you can.

Sorry guys, I just don't get it, it's all just mild red vinegar water, too thin to stick to most foods. It's not "bad" on eggs and deenz but there's always a better option. And Crystal is just "contrarian Tabasco".

No, I'm a moron as you suspect, I just never got into Tabasco/Crystal. I don't like putting it on wings or shrimp and watching half run down onto the plate and get wasted. OP's Cholula is honestly a decent daily driver, but now I'm more into Marie Sharps various flavours, a little more heat and they don't use xanthan gum, just natural veggies as thickener. Try the Green Habanero with Nopales cactus.

I also enjoy a fair share of boutique Reddit sauces. They are shameful to mention, because some of the best options are now sponsored by certain Youtube e-celebs who shall remain nameless. But if you must:
          >Torchbearer Garlic Reaper
          >Queen Majesty Scotch Bonnet & Ginger
          >Ghost Scream Vindaloo
Just be careful, if you order you'll get put on a Reddit list, start getting emails about the new Rick & Morty game on Nintendo Switch.

I've also been hyping up the Yellowbird Agave Sriracha, since the old Hui Fong hot sauce cucked themselves.

When you look at the ingredients of a food product, whatever the first ingredient is, that is what it has the most of in it. So when you see vinegar as the first ingredient in a sauce, yes, it is going to be a more watered down vinegary sauce. Crystal's first ingredient is red cayenne pepper. So unlike most mass produced sauces, it is stronger and taste of pepper, not vinegar. Frank's Red Hot also has peppers as the first ingredient.

Fricken shit. Cholula tastes like the spicy ketchup I grew up eating in Poland, of all places. Props to my Mexican brethren for inventing the chili pepper, but that shit is tame.

I think it's cork or plastic not wood. And what else is going to happen to it, it might as might as well be used for something.

I find it amazing how Mexicans invented spicy peppers (even china adopted it in its cusine) but then Mexicans swear by this tame-ass sauce. Makes no sense.

In defense of "mild" hot sauce: You can use more of the stuff, meaning you get more actual chili flavor in your food.

For me, its the Chili Lime flavor. It has a nice tartness but not vinegary.

For me, it's the McChicken. The best fast food sandwich. I even ask for extra McChicken sauce packets and the staff is so friendly and more than willing to oblige.

One time I asked for McChicken sauce packets and they gave me three. I said, "Wow, three for free!" and the nice friendly McDonald's worker laughed and said, "I'm going to call you 3-for-free!".

Now the staff greets me with "hey it's 3-for-free!" and ALWAYS give me three packets. It's such a fun and cool atmosphere at my local McDonald's restaurant, I go there at least 3 times a week for lunch and a large iced coffee with milk instead of cream, 1-2 times for breakfast on the weekend, and maybe once for dinner when I'm in a rush but want a great meal that is affordable, fast, and can match my daily nutritional needs.

I even dip my fries in McChicken sauce, it's delicious! What a great restaurant.
