Curious on what fat people like to fry their eggs in. I find bacon grease produces a different fry than butter. I prefer just butter but I use about 3:1 bacon grease to butter and it comes out pretty good and I can save the butter for the bread.
try to find some quality sweet paprika from hungary online, the bright red kind. it's nothing like the brown shit you get at grocery stores. same thing with smoked paprika

depends on how many eggs I'm cooking. If I'm doing a full pan, I just do a mix of olive oil and butter
If I'm just frying 1 or 2, just butter
When I want a topping for asian stuff I use sesame oil
