Fruit cake is just pound cake with lots of nuts and fruit, so it's extremely healthy. It's practically a salad.

I've never had fruit cake. But I think Panettone is appropriately rated.
My family has had fruit cake in our possession for over 20 years and we've never eaten it. Every year we disguise it as a grab bag gift and someone has to take it home for the year. This started in 1999 and continues as my favorite family tradition. I hope to pass this along to my children one day.
