In Canada we have like three flavors to choose from with either Powerade or Gatorade. It's nuts when I go to an American convenience store in bumfrick nowhere and they've got MINIMUM 80 flavors of each to choose from.
I stopped drinking powerade when I found out that it has high fructose corn syrup in it. Gatorade has dextrin and other sugars, but they seem to be the lesser of the evils.
Then again, I haven't touched either of them in a year. I hate the antichrist and whatnot.

I just make my own with Morton's lite salt (potassium and sodium), magnesium citrate, and generic Mio for flavoring.
