I've been slowly getting fat just eating snacks. Anyone else olivepilled and snack-cored?

All of these are fine, but it sounds like you lack accountability when it comes to calories. You're likely not keeping honest to yourself.

you're right. it's not like you were asking for advice anyway. just rest assured that mooooost of your snack options are actually relatively healthy and naturally occurring so knock yourself out. you'll probably slow down as you get older anyway or some shit.
most of this shit is naturally occurring and not even that bad for you just go for a walk or ride a bike it's literally that easy.

You must have eaten a grip of all of this to hit 3500 calories. I bet the hazelnuts were about half of it, nuts of any kind are ridiculously easy to OD on. Try cutting that out and leave the rest.

I sympathize. All I can say is, I do OMAD and am completely immune to this but my gf (obese) does the same thing. Just constantly Munching. For me it's much more satisfying and sustainable to eat my 2k+ calories all in one daily binge and go into a food coma afterwards than to snack all day and never actually be satisfied, maybe you can try this as well.

My gf does this thing where she will make a pan of brownies or a pie..and eat little pieces of it at a time. But by the time she is done, she has ate half of it. She has convinced herself that in some way, it is better for her.

reminds me of my psychosis where i thought i was a cyborg who could travel between the 1st-5th dimenion, tried creating a new math because the geometry of the outside world was too overwhelming, and attempted to distance myself from basic human needs like food, water, sleep, and sex. i would drink coconut water, regular water, eat raisin bran out of the box, and ate a bunch of nuts and berries.
