Getting fat on girldinner

I've been slowly getting fat just eating snacks. Anyone else olivepilled and snack-cored?
> half a tub of hummus and half a bag of carrots
> crackers and cheese
> castelvatrano olives
> green grapes
> tin of beans mixed with salsa
> tempeh, pepper, onion, spinach and egg stirfry, half in little street tacos with hot sauce and green onions and pimento (I think this counts as dinner?)
> four packs of seaweed snacks
> two squares of dark chocolate
> six cups of coffee
> rosemary flavored hazelnuts
> greek cucumer and feta salad
> corn on the cob

    All of these are fine, but it sounds like you lack accountability when it comes to calories. You're likely not keeping honest to yourself.

      Oh no, I ate like 2000 calories in snacks alone and perhaps 3000-3500 total.

      My problem is once I go over my target even slightly I just think 'fuck it'

      most of this shit is naturally occurring and not even that bad for you just go for a walk or ride a bike it's literally that easy.

        you're right. it's not like you were asking for advice anyway. just rest assured that mooooost of your snack options are actually relatively healthy and naturally occurring so knock yourself out. you'll probably slow down as you get older anyway or some shit.

      You must have eaten a grip of all of this to hit 3500 calories. I bet the hazelnuts were about half of it, nuts of any kind are ridiculously easy to OD on. Try cutting that out and leave the rest.

        > seaweed = 120
        > hazelnuts = 400
        > grapes = 100
        > cucumber salad = 200

        > tempeh and egg stirfry probably around 1000 before factoring in tortillas and sour cream

          I sympathize. All I can say is, I do OMAD and am completely immune to this but my gf (obese) does the same thing. Just constantly Munching. For me it's much more satisfying and sustainable to eat my 2k+ calories all in one daily binge and go into a food coma afterwards than to snack all day and never actually be satisfied, maybe you can try this as well.

    My gf does this thing where she will make a pan of brownies or a pie..and eat little pieces of it at a time. But by the time she is done, she has ate half of it. She has convinced herself that in some way, it is better for her.

      small portions (100x) so you don't look fat in public eating a lot all at once, all meme shit that you think is somehow fancy (hummus, chocolate, rosemary hazelnuts), and almost no real cooking for obvious reasons

    reminds me of my psychosis where i thought i was a cyborg who could travel between the 1st-5th dimenion, tried creating a new math because the geometry of the outside world was too overwhelming, and attempted to distance myself from basic human needs like food, water, sleep, and sex. i would drink coconut water, regular water, eat raisin bran out of the box, and ate a bunch of nuts and berries.
