What is your go-to breakfast? Pic related is mine. Greek yogurt, walnuts, blueberries, chia seeds, and a little honey.

      It's the perfect healthy sloppa. Just throw everything into a big pile and eat. No cooking involved and you can slap it together in less than a minute.

        no, i am eating the onigiri, i am not eating the toast.

        onigiri is made with rice, it can be stuffed with something else. i like the tuna one with sesame seeds on it. toast is made with bread. i will take toast in the afternoon, but i will not break fast with toast.

    2 scrambled eggs, 2 slices of bacon and a little bit of latte, all in all should be under 400 calories even with 1 piece of toast and butter.
