When have you ever heard of a Mexican buffet
    Maybe in flyover territory
I'm in East Los Angeles right now, why would I dare go into any buffet
Everything here is good the competition is real, not serving the best don't expect to stay opening for very long, tough crowd with way too many options

That doesn't mean they change anything. They're paid to follow a recipe not experiment

All the shit there tastes cheaper than any chinese buffet I've ever eaten, but I still enjoy it quite a bit. It reminds me of my first extended period eating nothing but cracker food (uni).

Now I want to go to a Mexican buffet. Didn't even know they were a thing. Any Mexibros want to point a gringo in the right direction? Something in Vegas or SoCal?

There is supposedly something new over in Vegas where the ladies are running around in thongs or something, and is mexican themed.

Pancho's Mexican Buffet. Not sure if they are still open or if they bit the bullet due to COVID.

    >go to mexican buffet
Being from Texas near the border, you would think I would have seen or been to a Meixcan buffet, given we have hundreds of Chinese buffets, several American ones, and even some Asian fusion buffets. But no, I have zero recollection of ever seeing a Mexican food buffet, ever, anywhere. And this is very weird, given like 50%+ of our food was mexican or texmex shit.

I need a business name OP. Post where the fuck you found this shit.

Can confirmed. Am also Texan and never heard of a Mexican buffet in my life so it's probably a Northern thing. I've seen only Mexican restaurants that both offer Mexican and Tex-Mex food and they've been great.

It's worth being picky about Mexican food simply to make sure you're not being fed slop. Which is what many Mexican families here in the USA eat.
