going to america for a month's vacation and won't have time to cook for myself, what can i eat to not get fat (staying under 1200kcal a day) and still get 100g protein per day?

the air? possibly the water also but thats pushing it
>bloatmaxxing on air AND water from the get go
Slow down champ, you have to ease into extreme shit like that otherwise you'll just hurt yourself.
i've been doing fine in 1000-1200 kcal a day when i get to cook my own meals, i guess what i'm asking is that are there any low-calorie, high-protein microwave meals etc available in the US or any restaurants that don't just focus on maximizing their calories per serving?
Cheescake factory or outback steakhouse have healthy, small portioned meals and they do takeout
make your bait a little less obvious
Healthy choice power bowls. They're frozen meals high in protein, I like to add some extra frozen vegetables and hot sauce to them. Some protein shakes. Frozen chicken. Boil some eggs. Try to find some high protein snacks like the king, mother fricking BEEF JERKY. If you've never had beef jerky you should get some for sure. And for the love of god anon, you're going on vacation, a couple of cheat meals won't kill your gainz. If you can, find some bbq or just go to a steakhouse or something.
Deenz and rice, homie.
>what can i eat to not get fat
anything if you exercise, dumbass.
can't really exercise during a vacation
what is this stupidity?
>wake up
>do 15 minutes of calisthenics
>never be fat
it's just that simple.
you're a moron if you think 15 minutes of calisthenics burns enough calories for that
bio-mechanics dictates that 15 minutes of calisthenics on an empty stomach first thing in the morning will stop you from gaining sugar weight.
there was just as much garbage 70 years ago and office workers back then weren't fat.
okay so you ARE a moron
epic troll
>t. lazy slob who thinks going to a sweaty Black person coop (gym) is better than working out in the sun and fresh air.
Go for walks
as soon as u arrive to the JFK airport, u will automatically gain 200 pounds for no reason, there are fat magnets everywhere there
Fricking magnets, how do they work!?
50 egg whites
are you a 4'10 girl?
5'2 actually
show tummy
probably have an exquisite ass.
You didn't answer the "girl" part.
i figured it was implied
There are no girls on the internet. breasts or gtfo.
Even boys have breasts now Anon. Its current year.
You are an absolute buffoon if you legitimately believe you won't have time to cook.
it's not so much time as it is a lack of equipment to do it. can't exactly cook in a hotel
Stay at an extended stay hotel with a kitchenette or hope that mom chooses one. Or just buy a rice cooker with a steaming tray.
Maybe he wants to have a nice holiday.
homie America is big as frick your options are determined by where exactly you're going in aamerica
Where are you going? That is a huge factor. Lots of places when you go out to eat have some combo of bread, meat, and cheese everywhere, so I would say avoid that. I would also suggest getting some of those bags of tuna at a grocery store and making your own tuna salad/sandwiches to save money and eat healthier and carry a large thermos of water.
Why on earth are you going to America for vacation it's collapsing.
>under 1200kcal a day
please be in Detroit
It's going to entirely depend on the region you are in as well as if you are going to be in an urban or rural area. America is huge. The north east is different from the south east and Texas is different than Nebraska and they are all different than California. You gotta think of the US as like 8 or 9 different countries that just share a currency and government
pretty much nothing is going to get you that much protein while still hitting under 1200 kcal. your beset bet to try are some of those "healthy" fast casual chains, like core life eatery, and just getting a bunch of their protein options. maybe pokebowls as well? sashimi would probably work well too. those are all pretty expensive though
plenty of fish is low calorie/high protein
i hit 100g protein in less than 1000 kcal, what the frick do you mean
A lot of grocery stores, especially the bigger ones, sell cooked food
You could also just buy those tuna packets but after a month you'll just become 34% mercury and shrink 5cm on days with low barometric pressure
