Ground beef

I'm craving ground beef but I want to try in other ways other than my ground beef+bell pepper+onion+tomato paste+pasta combo.

What do you recommend I should try cooking?

As long as you do not add bell pepper.

Use ground beef in place of thin cut strips of beef when making beef stroganoff.

Way to make a good thing shit
      >thin beef strips
There are people that don’t use big chunks of tough beef and slow cook it until soft?

Whenever I'm craving ground beef I just season it with some Chupacabra, drench it with lime, add some caramelized onions, and wrap it in a corn tortilla. Shit takes like 20 minutes and kicks ass. Also you can try making your own version of hamburger helper. I find adding a few table spoons of mayonnaise makes a huge difference when trying to get that authentic boxed goyslop flavor.

Ever had orange-fried mince? Normally it's made with pork but lean beef works just fine as well.

The heart of the dish is the glaze:
For a quarter of a kilo of meat mix an orange's worth of juice, a teaspoon of hoisin, two teaspoons of sriracha, a couple of finely chopped garlic cloves and some ginger as well as ground pepper and maybe some mint and chilli flakes.

Once you have the glaze mix prepped the dish itself is pretty easy: just stif-fry the meat at decently high heat until it starts to brown and get crispy then pour in the glaze and keep stirring until the meat's all nice and coated and there's no liquid sloshing about at the bottom of the pan.

Serve over rice, brocolli or sweet potato mash, if you feel like making it livelier I find frying the meat along with some crunchy, coarsely chopped onions and bell peppers works pretty well.

Hamburger would be too obvious so I'll skip that.
Add a jar of salsa and serve on burger buns, it's a salsa burger.
Add a can of chicken and rice soup, it's a soup burger. My family was big so it'd usually be two chicken and rice and one cream of mushroom soup.
Cottage pie, it's shepherd's pie but with ground beef.
Tater casserole is cream of mushroom, green beans topped with tater tots, and cheese. Definitely do not put peas, corn or other nasty sweet shit in it.
    Meatloaf sucks, always.
Hobo steaks is just a worse version of meatloaf.
Deep dish pizza, make a lasagna without lasagna and pour it over pizza dough in a casserole dish.
Cheeseburger mac, it's macaroni and cheese but with ground beef. Use a stronger cheese and make the sauce anyway except the roux method. Add rotel.
Texmex spices and can of refried beans, make burrito or nachos.
    Chili
Cincinnati chili, it's not chili but still pretty good.
    Poor man's beef stroganoff
    Dirty rice.
    Vegetable soup.
    Jambalaya.
    Savory pie.
Kebab if you can figure out a way to emulsify it good and there's enough fat.
    Stuffed grape leaves.
