    I make what are basically uncased sausages or dick-shaped lamburgers
    idk wtf they're called cuz I don't speak my gran's durka durka language but they're shocked with various things, formed and pan fried or shallow fried (in lamb's tallow) and served as a side to a vegetable pilaf (carrot, parsnip, onion, dill, sweet parsley, bitter parsley, cumin and caraway, finished with cucumber yoghurt) and sauteed shredded beetroot.
    I can't tell you what spices specifically because I'm a cheating cheater who cheats and buy it in packets premixed.

    I once mistakenly bought this instead of the little ground beef square that I'd use to make my bagel burger sandwiches in the morning. Well I didn't realize that it was lamb so I made the sandwich and brought it to work.

    I had some goats at the time and as I was eating the sandwich I couldn't help but think "why tf does this taste like those goats smell??" but just ignored it and ate it anyway. Well upon getting home and looking in the fridge for something else I noticed "ground lamb." It was pretty gross.

    That brings me to my point here: it's not great as a patty for a breakfast bagel burger.

    Ate some last night.
    1 bag diced potatoes
    1 lb ground lamb
    Fresh rosemary, salt, pepper.
    Cook it all up in the skillet. Extremely simple, fast, and delicious.

    Stuffed peppers, brown the lamb with some rice, chilli, cumin & onion, put it in hollowed out peppers and bake them with some tomato paste or passata based sauce
