Which portion of this is the actual steak?

        Anonymous

The entire thing. The point is that the dish gives hamburger the savory flavor of a steak. Or at least that's the intent though it might fall short.

Hanbagu is a Japanese loan word referring to hamburg steak. He thinks it's only eaten in Japan because he's an idiot.
That said, the best Japanese hamburg steak is from Sawayaka, a Shizuoka exclusive restaurant chain.
Every one I've ever been to has had a significant wait, but it's always worth it.

And it was not good, which is why it's considered a Japanese dish now and nobody in America eats this shit.

Her regular Japanese vlog content is decent too. She recently did an Antarctica cruise and learned a bit of Spanish for the little town in Argentina the cruise left from.

          Ushuaia.
          They all leave from there.
Standard route is fly in to Buenos Aires and then take a second flight to Ushuaia.

That's about the same as salisbury steak.it even includes gravy for the fat fricks and it's family sized to make tasty snack.

The gravy is "for the fat fricks"? No, it's basically just a burger patty without sauce otherwise. This motherfricker suggesting non-fat people are throwing away the gravy because it's not part of the dish at all and only includes gravy for fat asses and normal weighted people never use it. What a moronic statement.

Hamburgers used to be called "hamburger steak sandwiches" because they were sandwiches that had a "hamburger steak" in/on them. The "hamburger steak" is called that because its a steak recipe that is supposedly from Hamburg (although its not, but people couldn't look it up on Wikipedia back then).
