The problem with these things isn't the quality but rather that they're charging almost $7 for a fucking frozen meal, meals that don't even have any sides or extras if anything and aren't any more substantial than other rival meals like Stouffer's. It's a complete joke.
Also there's the whole thing about shoving obscene amounts of sodium into your body, but that's a general issue with frozen meals, not just the Gordon-branded ones.
The human body needs sodium, it's natural and healthy. It self regulates. Just drink more water.
You have a lot more electrolytes than just sodium and overconsuming sodium and drinking more water puts them out of balance.

The amount of sodium the body needs is like 1/4th what the average American consumes in a day. Most Americans consume more sodium than they need in a day in a single meal. If you eat any kind of fast food, you're definitely blowing way over how much sodium you need.
