        Chili making is just picking and choosing what you want to add/substitute, then getting yelled at by somebody for not making chili the RIGHT WAY, even though they have done the same to their own chili.

    Cloves and gnuttmeg are the two easiest things to overdo it with. The moment you can detect it in the food you've probably already used too much
