I saw an article in mainstream media fretting over the seed oil misinformation and paranoia coming from the dark depths of the internet that haven't been censored or shut down yet. Apparently people avoiding seed oils makes israelites seethe so there must be something to it.

seed oils are waste products that were never intended to eat in the first place, they are "cleaned" with toxic chemicals and to get the last drop of oil out of the waste they use the dangerous chemical hexane. so you're literally eating purified garbage. also your body can barely process it, takes over 200 days to process 1 dose of seed oil. also they cause various diseases.

just stick with olive oil and butter..

            >government funded research is bad
our government advises NOT to use seed oils since they know how bad they are.
you just keep believing your israeli companies that want you sick/dead, be my guest.

here is a short explaining the hexane used in the process (funded by government):

Everyone has known this for the past 60 years or so

You'll notice that this is part of a greater pattern as people become more aware of all the new things humanity has been subjected to in the last 100 years. Plastics, industrially manufactured food, there are a lot of things we're eating now that didn't exist for the first 200k years of human existence.

Most people think oil is OK because it has always been used. Everyone knows that, right? In Asia they used soybean and sesame oil, in Europe they've always cooked with sunflower seed oil, in Africa they've always used palm oil, etc. In fact, all of these are very new industrial products that were never used until modernity. Just like having all our food wrapped in plastic, just like the addition of dozens of synthetic compounds and filler to pre-packaged foods, etc.
A lot of it is schizo paranoia but the fundamental issue is real. This isn't groundbreaking, we have discovered many times that standard industrial practices resulted in horrific damage to humanity as well as the environment. We even had to "discover" that everyone breathing lead fumes leads to mass collective brain damage. Read up on how the things we consume have rapidly changed and how this causes the human organism to be in a constant state of fighting to adapt.

Potatoes aren't vegetables. They're actually legumes, more closely related to cashews.

Basically like deep dried anything. Dust lightly in seasoned flour (I use salt, pepper, garlic powder), dredge in beaten egg (I add hot sauce), coat in breadcrumbs with more salt, deep or shallow fry.
