    Buy a cookbook.
Some of them teach you cooking skills. So you can learn how to cook things with in your skill set.
Others are easy to follow recipes that you need to buy measuring cups and spoons to recreate the recipes. This is how I started. Because it helped my autism in just copy catting mediocre recipes until I got confident in my skills.

Next, think about what kind of food you want to eat.
Do you want to eat Italian? Pasta, pizza, seafood, cheeses, wild game meats, and chicken cutlets?
Is it General Americana cooking you want to learn? Soul food and southern cooking or north eastern seafood and breads? Maybe you live in a warm climate and want to barbecue from here to infinity. Figure out what cooking you want to learn.

It’s going to require an upfront investment. But it’s worth it.

I literally couldn't eat them anymore after the age of 19, they just taste chemical and wrong now.
That being said I did have Annie's pizza rolls once and they were fine.
    I'm 34 and a virgin.

Good to hear. I'll be 29 this year. I always thought I'd be ok with it, but the closer it gets, the less I am.

Literally just stop buying them. Think of all the effort it requires for you to even have them in your home. You have to go to a store that sells them, put them in your cart, check out and pay for them, and then take them all the way back to your house.

Just don't do any of that.

Learn to make your own pizza at home and you'll realize what a chemical nasty taste this has. I make my pan pizza with beer dough. It's so fricking good, also when you get your own pepperoni stick. Say yhe word and I'll give you my easy pan pizza recipe.

Not him, but I am interested in how you make your dough. Would you mind telling me?

Yeah I should have just put it in that post. Get some active yeast, bread flower, any type of beer(the beer imparts a decent amount of flavor onto, a pilsner gives a more subtle flavor, an ipa I use gives a lot of flavor some. I recommend a good pilsner like bitburger if your not into beer.

Mix olive oil, some sugar, a bit of salt, a 1/3 of water. Heat up the beer to around 125f usually the bowl will cool it down. Make sure the temp of the mixture is around 110F before you add yeast. Mix with a large fork until you get a ball then use your hands. Work it a bit and throw it into a bowl amd slather it with olive oil. Let is rise for a few hours on the counter, if it's super hot less time. Then put it in the fridge and use whenever. If you leave it I'm over night it tastes better.

If you are in a bind you can let it rise for like an hour and then use it and its still insanely good. I put it in a cast iron and make a pan pizza. Make sure to heat up the bottom of the pan before putting it in the oven to get a good crust. Also let it cool on a rack of some kind that makes the crust even better. I put garlic salt in the cast iron before a put the dough in to give it flavor/texture.

It is, I think it’s a toss up between these and Hot Pockets as to which one more often burns a drunk’s mouth.

How do I stop eating this slop every day?

Is it the pizza taste or the convenience? If you’re cooking in the oven it takes nearly as long to boil pasta, and if it’s the pizza taste you could replicate by adding mozzarella and pepperoni to the appropriate jarred tomato sauce.
