this, a delicious spicy topping with a touch of crunch. I like a layer of it on top of rice dishes, don't even have to be asian. Just be sure to dip down with your spoon under the oily top.

Sometimes I just eat a teaspoon of it like Nutella. The calories are off the charts tho

Yeah but if it's just a teaspoon on top of a rice or noodle dish surely it couldn't be that bad?

Use it as the base for making fried rice. Take a spoonfull and put it in a hot wok. Add chopped onions, veges, chicken balls or anything you want and some s o y sauce/oyster sauce. Then add cooked rice that has been left in the fridge overnight and mix it with the base to fully coat the rice grains. Spicy fried rice. Done.

I put some on the ramen I cook as a condiment. But the chili crisp 1. The spicy bean paste 1 I use at the bottom of the wok with my aromatics for shit like kungpao chicken to increase the complexity of the flavor. I assume most ppl just load it all over frozen pizzas since its meme status amongst soi's replaced siracha as of late. Dont lie. Yall low test chub homies dont cook shit.
