    Never understood the water/yoghurt people. Nothing tastes better than porride oats cooked in milk, it's creamy and delicious. Tasty enough to eat on its own, but I usually add frozen berries and sometimes honey.

      I do this too but with water not stock. I like nice al dente oats, add hot sauce, a splash of olive oil, and pepper. People think it’s crazy to eat oats as a savory dish like we do with grains.

      I like to eat my oats by making porridge from them
      I then add 1/2 a tsp of brown sugar and eat it
      I know you can eat oats in baked goods but I prefer to eat my oats as a porridge
      Sometimes I'll have a fruit with it but I prefer to eat my porridge and then to eat a fruit a bit later

      I microwave mine for 8 minutes on low power

      Try cooking on lower heat and mixing more often. I make scrambled eggs in a stainless steal pot and if cooked on low temp they dont stick. Idk what type of pan you have that oats stick.

    Crushed oats, milk and some cashews, add chopped apples or pears, cinnamon and allspice after cooking for some time, finish with honey. Tastes fricking amazing, soothes the stomach and makes you shit like a king.
    Sometimes I add spirulina or grass fibre at the end.

    In cold water, with only enough soak time to make them wet so I don't choke on them.
    I add a dash of salt and a dash of msg. I don't bother with sugar since it's already almost entirely carbs.
    I'm actually slightly tempted to try mixing it one of these days with grits to see if that makes it more filling.
