    As long as you don't re-freeze meat it's fine, so I usually buy fresh, cut into ~4oz chunks, and freeze. The frozen liquid together with the tender meat makes for a delicious and healthy snack any time of the day.

    Fajitas, stir-fry, stroganoff (strokin' off, amirite? lol,) grilled with chimichurri, etc. Hell, even grilled with just some salt, it's pretty good.

    Just wish it weren't a thousand dollars a pound.

    Marinate fir 24 hours. Grill pan on med high for five minutes. Spray a little oil on grill pan and sear it hard for three minutes on each side.
    Cut against the grain after resting.

    Marinate for 24 hours in teriyaki sauce, smoke it low and slow, and garnish with toasted sesame seeds and green onion. Yummy beef candy.

      Marinating helps a lot. Just don't over cook it either low and slow, or sear it fast and hot. I prefer smoking it low and slow so the marinade can caramelize instead of burning.

    easy, use it for philly cheese steak, fajitas, stirfry. Cut across the grain, thinly, kept cold. marinade in whatever you want. Even with just salt and pepper its good. Flank used to be my cheap go to for meats but now the cost has gone up from 7.99 for a couple pounds to nearly $20 here in washington.
