How do you make the mcdonalds burger?

Every time I look online on how to make this thing it’s always a fricking moron with
>”LOOK AT MY BURGER ITS WAY BETTER”
>puts a bread piece between the sandwich thinking it’s copying mcdonald’s burger
>the meat is huge and not thin
>won’t even taste the same as mcdonald’s burgers

How do I make this sandwich someone tell me I don’t want big meat slices or sloppy looking stove meat slices. I just want the thin well crafted patties with the same taste and the same bread taste. How do I do this?

    The patties are just 1/10th of a pound of finely ground beef, seasoned with a mixture of 86% salt and 14% black pepper. Ketchup and mustard are the same as anything from the grocery store. You won't be able to find pickles that shitty outside of a restaurant supply place, but if you must have those itty bitty onions most grocery stores have them dehydrated in the spice aisle for an exorbitant fee. For the cheese, look into if government cheese is still a thing.

    As far as the bread: why the frick would you want to imitate the worst bread ever created?

      You basically NEED the two shitty quality skinny patties and dehydrated onions. Absolute closest thing I’ve come to recreating it with was those frozen White Castle burgers dressed with ketchup mustard and a pickle slice. But to be honest why put in the effort when the single is 1.89 and the McDouble or whatever the frick is 2.89 or something? I like them too it’s fat cliche and American or whatever but their burgers and nuggets+sweet and sour sauce are timeless and nostalgic. They’re 110% garbage, but they hit the spot.

    I don't actually know. I would assume you need some industrial process to press out and get patties that thin and uniform. You could try ultra grinding a really fatty cut of meat like chuck. Or if you already have ground beef, throw it in a blender or food processor to get an ultra fine grind before shaping into thin patties. Same with the buns. You could make your own buns, but cooking at home will have several variables you can't account for, yeast quality, temperature during proving, dough relaxers and other additives. I might try taking a simple white bread recipe, add extra sugar, and give it a good egg wash to brown up during baking. The reason most of these recipes are "improving" the burger is because they are cooking it with easily accesible ingredients from the grocery store. It is simply impossible to make the same product at home 1:1 without access to many chemical additives and factory machinery.

    The former head chef at mcdonalds has a youtube channel where he shows how to make a big mac at home. Saw it a few years ago so I dont remember what his name was. You can probably just follow that but change the condom mints and remove the middle piece of bread.

    You roll the patties thin and freeze them before cooking. That's how you get them thin enough without falling apart as they cook. I don't know what the search results are today, but in the 00s the first page of results would be the McDonald's website and a few different sites saying to roll the patties thin and freeze them before cooking.
