i use fenugreek sage mint thyme parsley mixed dry herbs some white vinegar black pepper pink himalayam salt aromat rosemary and steak seasoning and its quite delectable

If I'm doing a sous-vide steak, I add garlic powder, onion powder, and just a bit of ginger.
