    Just salt and pepper. I like my steaks simple.
    If I'm doing a sous-vide steak, I add garlic powder, onion powder, and just a bit of ginger.

    salt and black pepper. occasionally i will add some butter plus garlic and rosemary to the pan that i spoon on top of the steak for the last minute or two of cooking
