Most things that spoil food also make it taste really bad. There's only a few exceptions to that rule, and they don't normally happen.
If it tasted OK, you should be OK. Either immediately or eventually. Or, very slight possibility that you'll die of it, but it's really unlikely. You're more likely to die from falling out of bed and breaking your neck.
Also slime on the meat, if it's got a slimey texture it's probably going bad.

Chain pizza will stay edible and safe for like 2 weeks in the refrigerator. Every ingredient they use is jam packed with preservatives from the dough to the sauce and meat. Think about that science project where the guy has kept McDonald's just sitting out at room temperature for 20 years and it never rotted. These are the preservatives used in massive fast food chains.
Should be decent quality for about 48 hours if you've put it in a Ziploc bag. It'll last for about four days before it really goes to shit in terms of quality. After about that I'd worry a little bit about getting the shits, but you're not going to die or anything.
