Like 4 or so. I don't even really like it, but sometimes I'm too lazy to make the only meal I eat (ground beef and rice).

      similar diet here.

      >5 day meal prep is ground beef with tomato, onion, bell pepper, kidney beans and cheddar with rice.
      >eat greek yoghurt with fruit (fresh or frozen) for the majority of my other meals
      >occasionally eat eggs (mostly on weekends)
      >snack is a tiny piece of 70% dark chocolate.

I don't meal prep, fridge is too small and I kinda like the routine. Plus it's pretty low effort. I just do ground beef, 1/4 cup dried rice (v little rice otherwise I get fat) that I make with chicken bone broth instead of water, and like a fricking shitload od parsley or cilantro. Sometimes I'll use spinach instead. And then I add furikake on top.

You need to make your own yoghurt. The stuff you can buy outside of Greece does not compare.

I hate the ones with added sugar because they are always way too sweet.

like 1 gaye tub per week. I had the same brand in Greece and it tasted the same to me. I like it with muesli and also I make cucumber sauce.

idk why american boomer yogurt has to be so gross like vomit. And my grocery store has "greek" style but only in vanilla or non-fat.

I used to like to put grapenuts and frozen blueberries in a bowl of greek yogurt into the the fridge before I went to bed, then when I'd wake up I'd have a nice probiotic fiber bomb to go with my coffee to help with my poops.
