        the secret is, 5 days a week, eat one really big meal (with lots of protein, talking 100+ grams) early in the day and have it be so big that you feel physically ill and have to struggle to finish the last few bites.
        then you won't be hungry again until dinner time where you can just eat something small to hold you over until you fall asleep (some self-restraint required here, admittedly).
        the other two days of the week can be cheat days and you can stuff your fat fricking face all you want, although if you're already overweight you'll probably want to limit it to one cheat day.
        I've been eating like this for the past year and have maintained a healthy BMI as well as a consistent weight in general all the while.

    seriously I’m just telling you off of experience that ALL weight loss supplements and programz’ are bullshit.

    The only practical and efficient way to lose weight is by reducing your calorie intake (I.e. starving yourself). Speedy drugs like adderall and meth do a phenomenal job at suppressing the appetite and it will only take like 2 days for you to be entirely debloated and start to see improvements

    You could probably ask Culinaly and it wouldn't be found off of Amazon. I remember one that just basically makes you sweat your nuts off while your body is burning extra calories.
    But then you need to cycle gear or something so it doesn't destroy your liver after you shed the pounds.

    apple cider vinegar is good
    i had another one that made me flush and i thought i was having a hard attack, maybe don't do that one. forget what it's called but it's pretty common in health food stores. good luck

    You may think it's counter productive, but you want to pretty much exclusively eat protein, with some fiber for pooping. Salad and other trash food will only leave you hungry again, protein satiates. Because of its high satiety, protein will naturally make you eat less, but do track calories too. Exercise helps, but the true loss comes from caloric deficit coupled with simply existing.

    The fastest path is fasting of course but WATCH OUT, rapid weight loss is easy, but your skin won't play along and at worst will NEVER shrink to the size it should be.

    Stop drinking alcohol and eating snacks and fast food and you'll start losing weight immediately. Just have coffee before noon, eat a homemade lunch and a smallish dinner. Cook all your own food.

    This shit doesn't work. You're better off with switching your diet. More protein and fiber along with less carbs/fats helped me. Also go for a walk every once in a while.

      while I won't pretend to fully understand the mechanisms of every claimed unpronounceable chemical name
      there is at minimum a placebo effect or something between shit that has carnitine/chromium/loaded B3/5/6/12 and just caffeine
      that said, there's nothing different between these miracle pills and most energy drinks, right down to the 200mg of caffeine per serving

      at least in my limited experience, a cup of coffee 'feels' different than a monster/celsius/whatever bullshit energy drink
      and none of them have ever contributed to losing weight in any way, otherwise you would expect at least one reputable fricking doctor/nutritionist would have recommended it by now and a study would pretty easily prove this shit
