whenever I have the opportunity to enjoy a high-quality desert or chocolate I'll take it. I never buy sweets and I don't have a sweet tooth, which is exactly why I can enjoy a slice of cake anytime some is brought out and never feel guilty.
Depends on what I eat for breakfast. If it's something sweet or has some kind of sweet element to it (pancakes, waffles, cereal), then I'll try not to eat anything else that I deem "sweet" unless it's a fruit. Been trying to cut down on sweets and did a pretty good job earlier this year, even lost some weight.

Basically never. Most desserts are too sweet or rich for my tastes and I'm plenty satisfied after a good homecooked meal. If I'm snacking I prefer salty or savory.
