How often does your own cooking give you dhiarrea?

How often does your own cooking give you dhiarrea?
I have been getting it quite often, a couple times a week but I have been cooking for years and I know what in doing
It's my own cooking, at this point it's undeniable since I can track the dhiarrea to the last thing I made
Could there be something growing in my kitchen? Some sort of mold?

I have never gotten sick from my own cooking, to date. Make sure you are cleaning well and storing your food correctly.

      This.
And I've not gone ill from other food in years, either.

Clean your fucking pots, pans and cooking utensils.
Clean your coffee mugs. Also it could just be bad milk or dairy products.

      >Clean your fucking pots, pans and cooking utensils.
Makes you more vulnerable, i just use hot water and a paper tissue for pans and pots (rest in dishwasher).

This. Usually just use cold water with a sponge. If it's greasy/messy I use hot water.

This is true, capsaicin will aggravate stomach ulcers and has a laxative effect in enough quantity. But it also helps slow down acid production, so it can help protect the stomach too.

So if your diarrhea is also burning your ass, that is the root cause. If it is not, then clean up your fucking habits and sanitize your kitchen.

    >How often does your own cooking give you dhiarrea?
Never? I only get the shits from garbage wage slaves make for me, and when that happens I don't go back to that particular place.

You probably aren't following food safety practices and it's giving you the shits. Either undercooking stuff, cross-contaminating shit, not sterilizing surfaces and tools, or flat out failing to wash your hands. It is unlikely you got it from FDA inspected shit, but Walmart is notorious for their bad/swapped meat, so maybe that could be the source too.

If you have mold in your kitchen, you should probably clean that shit up with bleach.

I used to get severe diarrhea and migraines every few weeks until I figured out I was allergic to wheat.

Are you often preparing chicken of some kind? You might be undercooking it. Less likely to get sick from beef and pork but it could still happen.

Never, but eating out always gives me the shits. Every time I get take out pizza I'm on the toilet all night.
I don't get it, I make the same thing at home in my filthy kitchen with expired ingredients and it never bothers my stomach.

Eating out equals 2-3× the fat you probably use at home.
