How to lose weight ?

It's impossible for me to eat less because I'm always hungry.
I adore the chocolate taste and generelly sugar taste so i cannot avoid it
so is there another remedy ?

      Keto and or very low carb .... The sugar intake is going to want replenishment so avoid and stay away
      Another thing once you defeat the desire for eating 12 times a day and have it down in the 4 or 5 times range you can have nice quality salts with multiple minerals many trace mixed with a bit of water
      Most usually the hunger sensation is a drop in electrolytes and salt and water will suffice

    Eat less processed food. Processed food is the biggest factor in weight gain. If you eat less processed food, you'll naturally consume less food overall.

    Or continue eating processed food, but restrict yourself to one meal a day with no snacking. It's hard to consume too many calories when you only eat once a day.

    Or start to exercise a lot. You'll probably have to exercise a few hours a day.

    Invent technology that lets it so we don't have to eat anymore and just get exactly the nutrition our body needs in other ways.

    replace carbs, bread and sugars with more water, fiber and specially protein.
    If you're a man do some cardio and start lifting nonstop.
    if you're a woman ( a biological woman) do tons of cardio.
    Also, regardless of gender, do lots of planks and core exercises, get an abs wheel, that shit is God sent.

    Switch to dark chocolate. Use monk fruit or stevia to sweeten in case part of the reason you are hungry is bacteria imbalance in your gut flora or prediabetes. Start adding fiber supplements to your diet to increase bulk without adding calories or drastically changing your preferred diet. Buy period panties for days you eat stupid high calorie shit: drink a full cup of mineral oil. The period panties will save you the embarrassment of oil stains on your ass. The mineral oil will prevent you digesting mistake meals. Don't trust a fart
    Start eating homade meals and cut out snack food in your house. Start bringing meals to work and leaving your card at home.

      After doing this for a few months start adding roasted veggies into your regular meals. Start eating probiotic yogurt and fermented veggies to help balance your gut flora to a healthy diet, so your body craves real food because it can digest it. Incorporate liver (liverwurst is a good start) for the nutrition as well as parsley. Like re-trainig your body that digesting brings nutrition without volume alone.
      Buy whole grain and multi grain wherever it can be done. To prevent your body craving quick fixes, avoid blood sugar and metabolism instability.

          Whenever you slip up take the mineral oil. Keep one in your car so wherever you go the mineral oil goes. There will be a time your body will be like a toddler as you fight it for control. If you slip up and idiot bing at a drive through on the way home don't let your body win, chug that mineral oil so you don't digest it. this will stop your body from thinking the fast carbs and such is "better". It stops the happy chemicals your body produces because now it has to attend to the intestinal distress.

      Yea fasting is what did it for me. Once you realize that if you just don't eat it's okay you're freed up a lot. High protein, too. Sweet protein bars are probably a copout but they work.

    i lost like 25 pounds from using kratom a few times a day since you have to take it on an empty stomach, so you couldnt eat for 2 hours before you toss and wash the kratom. i quit kratom like 3 years ago and I havent really gained the weight back

    Just don't eat until night and consume electrolytes during the day. Do this for as long as it takes. It gets easy pretty quickly. As a bonus I also find the fasted state gives me a lot of mental energy towards the end of the day.

    Eat good fats and proteins mainly. Drink water continually throughout the day and when plain water gets boring add a pinch of sea salt and a squirt of fresh lime juice and keep drinking. Your "hunger" is likely de-hydration.

    Eat mainly meat, with a preference for fatty meat (i.e. red meat)

    The problem is people are eating foods that aren't satiating, i.e. foods that don't have much nutrition to them. Meat is the most nutritious food, so you're going to get fuller a lot easier and not be tempted to eat other food
