You took the picture, and because of that, you know where this place is and can eat there. Most of us can't do that.
So, to answer your question in another way, "how the frick would WE know?"

Pretty sure this is a place called Xi'an Famous Foods, and yes, the noodles will absorb too much liquid and become less chewy/start to fall apart if they're left sitting around

I mean, it's true for pretty much everything. What hot foods can you think of that tastes really good fresh and then tastes JUST as good after it gets cold? Noodles are universally dogshit after they get cold. So are french fries.

try ordering real pizza, let it cool but not freeze it. put a little butter in a frying pan and cook it over pretty high heat with a lid if the cheese doesn't melt. that shit can't be beat it's exactly like having a slice of a 'slice pizza' which is the greatest way to have pizza in the first place, at the booth with your lady. and ask for round char roni

100% true, and happens so quick most likely due to the lower veggies oil content/higher cooking temps. although personally I prefer soft flavor soaked noodles, ymmv

am i the only person on this entire website that has only used doordash once in an unfamiliar state? like one where i wasn't sure which way to get to burger king and didn't have my own car with me.
it's outrageously expensive for cold and mashed up food. i remember i was forced to order a quad burger because they didn't offer anything cheap for delivery. frick that

I've used uber eats because my brother got me a voucher. Shit being inflated on top of the delivery cost (on top of the service fee lmao). And yeah, like you said, if you're lucky your food turns up lukewarm.

Probably less about that than people bringing it home or getting it doordashed and then complaining about soggy noodles. It's like the people who make all kinds of substitutions in a recipe and then say they hated it

How true is that leaving dough, which cooks in hot liquids, in hot liquids, after they have been cooked, will lead to them becoming overcooked?
That what you're asking? How true is it that continuing to cook something after it's done cooking leads to overcooking it?

Hmm, idk. Lemme call up a buddy of mine. He's kinda a SME on cooking. He's a chef at Wendy's

If its such an issue, why not package it specially for to go orders? Partially cook the noodles, then put them in their own box for the customer to put into the broth for a minute or two to finish cooking. At least offer the option.

    >getting pretentious about fricking noodles
