I'm never hungry for McDonald's. I eat it maybe once every year or two when I'm on a long drive and it's the only option. Then I feel like shit for the next 4 hours and remind myself to never give them another chance. They're right up there with Subway as the absolute worst fast food chains that have grown so large they don't even rely on serving food people actually want to eat anymore in order to stay in business.

3-4 dqp+bacon.
If I get a meal, I'll go that + 2 extra burgers.
Otherwise if I'm just after burgers I'll go for 4.

even mcdonalds qtr lb'rs and cheese are almost always flooded with grease to a gross degree while even a superstar from carls has perfect harmony, and far better veges
For me, it's random bags of fries. Yelling "Give me some fooood" and random gibberish also helps.
