I accidentally left my ketchup out of the refrigerator a few days when I was away for the weekend? Is it still okay to eat or should I throw it away?

        >I am a zoomer, whose life critical thinking skills were ruined by NCLB
Ever been to a shitty chain resto? Those ketchup bottles on the table are NEVER refrigerated. Servers 'marry' ketchup from one bottle to another to a) use it all up, and b) because a full bottle looks nicer on the table.

The cold dampens its flavors so people use more of it.

It's fine. Shake it up and put it back in the fridge overnight.

If you want to leave it out you need to get catsup. I have a Kenmore fridge so I always remember "K" as in ketchup, as in Kenmore. "C" as in catsup, as in countertop. If you don't have a Kenmore you'll probably have to use a different mnemonic for ketchup but the "C" for catsup/countertop should be enough to remember which one to buy.

I have also heavily neglected putting it in the refrigerator for a long time, never had an issue. I use very little, so that stuff may be left to its own crevices at months at a time.

    Will update when dead.

Ketchup is poison so bacteria and mold can't grow in it. That being said, you should not be eating it for the same reason. You need to put corn syrup paste on everything you eat?

        >>they put it in absolutely every dish they eat
Not sure if you've ever met an adult that still eats ketchup but they put it on everything they eat because they can't stand a meal that isn't covered in corn syrup. There isn't a person who buys that shit and doesn't behave like a child every day.

I've had the same bottle of ketchup since I moved into my first home last year. Used it to make wienertail sauce I think. You're moronic.
